Registering Early Saves
The organizers of Fantasia Fair have made every effort to keep prices low. In fact, the cost to the average Fair attendee
is much lower today than it was years ago. Fantasia Fair is presented by a 501(c)(3) organization that is run entirely by volunteers, so the
prices charged really only cover expenses.
Each Fair takes more than a year to plan and most of the specific events are arranged many months in advance. Often, we can arrange
the best deals for these events when we can guarantee that enough people will attend. Usually, the more people we can guarantee, the
better the deal. We pass these savings back to you, the attendee, when you
register early.
Please note that prices are exclusive of accommodations.

Special Group Rebate
If your organization registers 5 or more then your group may benefit from a special rebate. Organizations registering 5 or more after January 1
will receive a rebate equaling 10% of the registration fees as a way to help support your group. Just make sure that you tell us about your
organization in the registration form. Rebate checks are expected to be mailed within 30 days following the Fair.
Registering Early With A Deposit
All registrations before July 1 require a 50% deposit. Registrations made with an initial deposit must be paid in full by July 1. All registrations
after July 1 should include full payment. If a registration is made with a deposit but final payment is not made until after July 1, the balance
required will be based upon the prevailing rate at the time of full payment.
