Fantasia Fair is surprisingly inexpensive. Those who can't take a full week away from work can attend for either the first or second half of the Fair. In addition, there are discounts if you register early. Please see the Schedule of Fees for details on prices and deposits.

You are responsible for your own accommodations. Varied housing choices are available by checking our list of discounted favorite inns.

If you are interested in attending Fantasia Fair, just fill in the form below and click the Submit button. Your form will be sent to us. After submitting your form, send your payment, as per the instructions below and you're done. You'll hear from us as soon as we receive your check or visa number.

Registration isn't complete until payment is made. To complete your registration, please send your registration fee to us by using PayPal, check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.

To pay using PayPal, click the PayPal logo below to open a new secure window that will allow you to authorize the payment. You can use PayPal to make the payment through your PayPal account or through a major credit card. If requested, make your payment to PayPal@Xfantasiafair.org (make sure to remove the "X" from the address).

Please note that personal checks cannot be accepted after October 1, although domestic bank checks are always accepted.

If you want to pay by credit card directly, email us at registrar@Xfantasiafair.org (make sure to remove the "X" from the address) with a credit information. This should include your name, the name as listed on the card, the card number, and the 3 or 4 digit security code. We recommend sending the credit card information split into two email messages. If it is really necessary, phone us at (510) 724-0456 and leave a message including when a call may be returned and what name to use. You will be called back. But, PayPal, is really the most efficient, safe, and discreet way to pay.
