Program Overview & Schedule
A Quick Look At The Events Taking Place During The Fair

This section of the Fantasia Fair web site is a fount of information about all the various activities that take place at the Fair. There are so many, and they are so varied, that you will find your biggest problem is choosing what to do. There are workshops all day long, with one morning session, a Key Note speaker following lunch, and an afternoon workshop as well. We purposely avoid over scheduling so you have plenty of time to relax, have a coffee or a Bloody Mary with friends, or shop and relax. The speakers are some of the finest and most knowledgeable in and out of the T community. You will be fascinated by the topics, which range all the way from gender theory to wig care.

If you would like to present a workshop yourself, suggest a topic for a workshop, or recommend someone to give a workshop, please contact the Program Director at programs@Xfantasiafair.org. To avoid spam, we show an "X" in this email address but if you send us and email, please remove the "X".

The bible of the Fair is the Daily Schedule, which lists all the activities, their locations, who is doing them and when. Because the schedule has been known to change, especially when there are months yet before the start of the Fair, the schedule here should be considered tentative. During the week of the Fair, any last-minute changes will be published the day before in a daily newsletter which will be distributed at the Fair. You will be able to get copies of this newsletter at the Fair Office, the Cabaret Room at the Crown & Anchor, certain Inns, and at each night's special event.

During the week of the Fair, the Fair Office will be located in room 201 of The Crown & Anchor located at 247 Commercial Street. During the week of the Fair, the Fair Office will be open from 10:00 - 12:00 and 2:00 - 5:00 each day, except Sunday when it opens at 1:00 for Registration and Saturday when it closes at 12:00. The phone number for room 201 is (508) 487-1430 x201.

For detailed descriptions of each workshop, please refer to the Workshop Descriptions page.

A printer-friendly version of this schedule is available in "Portable Document Format" (PDF), which uses Adobe Acrobat Reader to view. If you don't have Acrobat Reader, you can get a free copy from the Adobe website.
