Participant Guide

The Participant Guide, also known as the "Program Book", is a booklet the describes all the activities and events of the Fair. It contains much of the same information as is found on this website, but in a convenient, paper form. The Guide describes each of the workshops and nighttime events, biographies of each of the presenters, checkin/registration procedures, advice and other helpful items.

Although every registered participant will be given a printed copy of the Participant's Guide at registration, you can download your own copy for viewing online.

Please note that each of the Participant Guides are fairly large, around 5 megabytes in size, so it may take a while to download. Once it is downloaded, you can open it up repeatedly without delay.

Map of Provincetown

There are a number of locations that are important in Provincetown. Some are inns, some we use as locations for workshops, others for lunches, and still others are just good to know about. The Fair Office is located in room 201 at the Crown & Anchor, located at 247 Commercial Street. The phone number for the Fair Office during the week of the Fair is (508) 487-1430 x201. During the year, you can contact us at (510) 724-0456 or via e-mail.

Below is a map showing where many of the important venues and inns. You can download a more detail map in PDF format by clicking here. Please note that this PDF file is rather large, so it may take a few moments to download.

Brochures

Every year, so many people and organizations ask us for brochures about Fantasia Fair that they can give out to their friends, associates, and members of their organization. Although we are delighted to give out these brochures at various events and through mailings, you can download the brochure directly. We really would appreciate it if you would share the latest brochure with your friends and colleagues.
