about special rates or cross-promotional opportunities.
How Your Organization Can Reach Our Attendees
For those businesses marketing to the trans community, Fantasia Fair offers unique and cost-effective ways to
reach out to this distinctive demographic. Similarly, those people within Provincetown should consider advertising with us in
order to tap into the tourism business that the Fair bring to town each year: 1,000+ lunches; 1,000+ dinners; 1,000+ room nights;
countless shopping trips, entertainment, and more.
Fantasia Fair provides a printed, full-color, magazine-quality Participant's Guide
to each attendee of our weeklong conference. Attendees carry this guide with them all week as it contains information about our conference's programs, evening events,
presenter biographies, as well as a wealth of other useful information such as lodging advice and a map of Provincetown.
We distribute additional copies of the guide for promotional purposes and we make
the it available for download.
Since Fantasia Fair is run by a non-profit organization and therefore looking only to cover our expenses, we can offer a full-page ad in
this Participant's Guide for only $125. Also available are half-page and
quarter-page ads for $100 and $75, respectively. The front cover is not available and the back and inside covers are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

We need the artwork in our hands no later than August 31st and we do appreciate early submissions - the earlier the better!
Online promotions include a 110 pixel tall by 500 pixel wide banner that links to your website. This banner advertisement
will be shown on our website's Advertisers
page as well as be shown on other pages on a random basis.
We will display your banner on our website within 10 business days from
the receipt of your payment and continue displaying it for approximately one year following this upcoming Fair. Therefore, the
sooner you make your payment, the longer your ad will display!
Anyone purchasing either a print advertisement or an online advertisement is eligible to have thier marketing material distributed
at the Fair during Fair week. Your brochure, coupon, or pamphlet will be included with each registered attendee's registration packet
and will be made available at our literature table in the Fair office during Fair week. Materials need to be delivered to the address
below no later than September 30 to guarantee distribution. Please contact us for further details.
Other Promotional Opportunities
There are a number of other promotional opportunities.
One opportunity is to donate some product or service that will be raffled off
as a way to raise money for our scholarship fund. By making a donation, you will have an opportunity to put up a
display at the event to promote your contribution and be mentioned on our website in our "Benefactors" page with links to your website.
Many Fair-goers have said that they prefer to patronize those businesses that give back to the community, so being a benefactor is a win-win opportunity.
Another promotional opportunity is become a sponsor of one of our evening events, such as our welcoming reception or our "dinner &
a show." The compensation for sponsorship is scaled to the level of support but usually includes such things as the advertising
opportunities listed above, more frequent online display of your advertisement, free registration(s), complementary tickets to our
evening events and opportunities to address our attendees at our conference.
Advertising Rates and Terms
- Payment and delivery of ad must be received by August 31st to guarentee print ad space
- All ads are in full color
- The front cover of the Participants Guide is not for sale
- The back and inside covers of the Participants Guide are available on first-come, first-served basis
- Please email camera-ready digital images to email@example.com
- Print ads should be 300-600 dpi resolution and website banners should be 72 dpi resolution
- Payment methods include check, most major credit cards or through PayPal using firstname.lastname@example.org;
